Your safari journey will start from Entebbe International Airport where we hope you would arrive in the morning hours around 9am where our professional tour driver guide will be waiting to happily receive you and then embark on your tour journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park the home of the Mountain Gorillas. Along the way you will be able to see some beautiful eye catching sceneries of the hills and make some stop overs at the Equator for stretching, photography and Mbarara city for a delicious meal before proceeding with the journey where on reaching you will be checked into your accommodation where a delightful dinner awaits you and thereafter relax.

The Gorillas of Bwindi and Lake Bunyonyi

After an early morning breakfast you head to the rangers’ post for briefing on the do's and don’ts during trekking. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is like stepping into a lost world, unchanged in millennia. This forest is a biological hotspot that is home to an astonishing variety of species, from mammals and birds to plants and insects. The going is not easy through the seemingly unsurpassable wall of vegetation that closes in on you but the sounds of a gorilla family group noisily breaking branches somewhere ahead gets your pulse racing. Creeping closer in the footsteps of the trackers, the moment comes when you finally set eyes on one of our closest relatives on this planet and all your fatigue vanishes. You would be allowed to stay with them for 1 hour and thereafter return to the guest house to check out and head out to Lake Bunyonyi which is popular for its green and lush terraced hills, 29 islands each with its own unique story and with a plethora of over 200 bird species.

After a delicious mind relaxing breakfast you check out of the accommodation and embark on the return journey back to Entebbe and reach in the evening for your flight.
