3-Day Unforgettable Sipi Experience on Mount Elgon

Transfer from Entebbe to Sipi falls

You will begin the journey from Entebbe/central Uganda. You will take drive for at least 8 hours with a number of stopovers on the way. You will drive as you enjoy the stunning, rewarding and great view of the beautiful landscapes, as they surround you while driving on the snakelike roads on some areas and other flat and straight roads and as a tour guide is sharing fascinating information with you. You will reach in sipi falls in the evening, enter, and relax, prepare for your dinner, have overnight as you wait for the next day.

Mountain climbing and bird watch

You will wake up with an early morning breakfast, for the adventure's travelers, rock climbing and abseiling in sipi falls and it’s done on the main water fall whose cliff face is 100 meters tall. The side of Mount Elgon where sipi falls is lush and green with spectacular views of the karamoja plains to the west.
You will then head back to your accommodation place, for lunch and thereafter
In the sipi area, there are more than 250 different bird species that can be seen in gardens, forests, creeks and plantations.
You will explore several caves that are exciting to visit for someone who loves exploring caves and some of these caves are located underneath the powerful waterfalls and standing behind the curtain of water can be such a joyful experience.
Head back to the accommodation, for relaxation, as you wait for the next day.

Coffee tour and transfer to Entebbe

You will wake up with an early morning breakfast, then start the day with a coffee tour. Elgon area is well known for coffee which is loved for its richness. The coffee in sipi area is Arabica coffee and grows well in altitudes between 1600 and 1900 meters above sea level. On this tour you will learn about the entire coffee growing and harvesting process. After that you will embark on the journey back to Kampala with en route lunch.
