Day 1

Tarangire National Park

We will pick you up from your hotel or the airport. On the first day, we will depart from Arusha at 7:30 AM and drive to Tarangire National Park, a journey of approximately two hours (150 km).

Upon arrival, we will embark on a six-hour game drive, exploring the park’s diverse landscapes and wildlife. A hot lunch will be served inside the park as you enjoy breathtaking views of nature. In the afternoon, continue your game drive with opportunities to spot lions, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of bird species.

Tarangire is famous for its large elephant population and is a prime birdwatching destination. During the dry season, the Tarangire River serves as the only water source for wildlife, attracting numerous animals. The park’s landscape is also notable for its iconic baobab trees.

After an adventurous day, relax and unwind at Fig Tree Lodge, an authentic budget-friendly stay under the African sky.

Day 2

Wake up, and prepare to depart at 6:30 am. We drive from Fig tree lodge to Serengeti, which is a 4-hour drive across 231 km. On arrival at Serengeti you will have a picnic lunch at Serengeti picnic site, we proceed with an afternoon game drive. Later in the evening you will head at the Seronera Campsite and our team will handle all the setup of the camping equipment at the campsite, including erecting tents and preparing cozy sleeping arrangements for you to enjoy a restful night under the stars.

Day 3

Today, start your day with an early morning breakfast or a cup of coffee before embarking on a morning game drive at around 6:30 AM. Experience the park as it comes to life with wildlife activity in the cool morning hours.

Later, enjoy brunch at the campsite before heading out for an afternoon game drive while exiting the park. We will then drive towards the Ngorongoro Crater, where you will spend the night just outside the crater rim.

Overnight: Ngorongoro Simba Campsite – Relax and enjoy a peaceful night surrounded by nature.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater

Early morning game drive at the Ngorongoro Crater, embark on a game drive that will last 6 hours. We will have lunch inside the park. The Ngorongoro Crater, a caldera or collapsed volcano, while only covering 260 km², includes a diverse range of habitats including montane forest, grasslands, acacia forests, a salt-lake, and swamps. Due to the diversity of the habitats on the crater floor and sides, an incredible number of different birds and animals, including the Big Five, call Ngorongoro Crater home and provide visitors with spectacular game viewing in gorgeous surroundings. Within the Ngorongoro Crater, there is a huge concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five. Hippo, crocodile, zebra, a wide range of antelope, and plains game live here, too.
Dinner and overnight will be at Arusha Tourist Inn Hotel.

Kilimanjaro Water Falls, Coffee, Simple Hike

Our first stop will be the stunning Materuni Waterfalls, where you'll enjoy a refreshing hike through the forest. As you make your way to the falls, your guide will explain the history and significance of this beautiful location. The Chagga people, who have lived here for centuries, will welcome you into their village, offering a glimpse of their traditional way of life.
You'll visit a local coffee plantation, where you’ll learn about the entire coffee-making process—from cultivation and drying to roasting and brewing. Watch as the villagers demonstrate how they handcraft their coffee, and listen to traditional songs while learning the ancient techniques. You’ll also have the opportunity to taste fresh coffee and sample a local soup made from bananas—a popular dish in the region.

Later for lunch we’ll share a traditional Chagga lunch in the village, offering a taste of the local cuisine.
Afterward return to Arusha or we can arrange your airport transfer accordingly after the tour.
