Day 1

Tarangire National Park

We’ll pick you up from your hotel or the airport. On the first day, we’ll depart at 7:30 AM for a 2-hour drive (150 km) from Arusha to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, we’ll embark on a 6-hour game drive, with a hot lunch served inside the park. Enjoy an afternoon drive, offering opportunities to spot lions, giraffes, zebras, and a wide range of bird species.

Tarangire is a renowned birding destination and is home to large elephant herds. During the dry season, the Tarangire River serves as the area's primary water source. The park's landscape is particularly striking, with numerous iconic baobab trees scattered throughout.

After an exciting day, we’ll head to Fig Tree Lodge for the night, where you can unwind in a comfortable and authentic budget hotel under the African sky.

Day 2

Wake up and get ready to depart at 6:30 AM. We’ll drive from Fig Tree Lodge to Serengeti, a 4-hour journey covering 231 km. Upon arrival, we’ll stop for a picnic lunch at a designated Serengeti picnic site before continuing with an afternoon game drive.

In the evening, we’ll head to Seronera Campsite, where our team will take care of setting up the camp, including pitching tents and preparing cozy sleeping arrangements. You’ll be able to relax and enjoy a peaceful night under the stars in the heart of the Serengeti.

Get ready for an early start as we depart at 6:30 AM. The drive from Fig Tree Lodge to Serengeti takes approximately 4 hours, covering 231 km. Upon arrival, we’ll enjoy a picnic lunch at one of Serengeti’s scenic picnic sites before heading out for an afternoon game drive.

Later in the evening, we’ll make our way to Seronera Campsite, where our team will take care of setting up the camp. We’ll pitch tents and prepare comfortable sleeping arrangements so you can unwind and enjoy a restful night beneath the stars in the Serengeti.

Day 4

Start the day with an early morning game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater, embarking on a 6-hour adventure. We’ll enjoy lunch inside the park. The Ngorongoro Crater, a collapsed volcanic caldera spanning 260 km², is home to a variety of habitats, including montane forests, grasslands, acacia woodlands, a salt lake, and swamps. This rich diversity of ecosystems supports an impressive array of wildlife, including the Big Five, offering fantastic game viewing in stunning surroundings.

The crater boasts a high concentration of wildlife, such as hippos, crocodiles, zebras, antelope, and plains game. After a thrilling day, we’ll head to Arusha Tourist Inn Hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Along the way, your guide will share the history and significance of this stunning location. You’ll then be welcomed by the Chagga people, who have lived in the area for centuries, offering a unique glimpse into their traditional lifestyle.

Next, we’ll explore a local coffee plantation, where you’ll learn about the entire coffee-making process—from cultivation and drying to roasting and brewing. Watch as the villagers demonstrate their craft, accompanied by traditional songs, and discover the ancient techniques they’ve passed down. You’ll also have the chance to taste freshly brewed coffee and sample a local banana soup, a popular dish in the region.
