A member of Maseke Adventures will greet you upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport. After check in, you will be transported to your hotel. You have the rest of the day to explore the city as you like. If you wish to visit Ngamba Island or Mabamba Wetland, our crew will arrange a vehicle or boat for you.

Day 2
Kampala - Murchison National Park

After breakfast, your first stop from Uganda’s capital, Kampala, will be Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. After a ranger briefing, you will drive to a location where the rhinos are visible, then continue on foot.
You will usually observe the rhinos from close range, but always follow the rangers' instructions. After rhino tracking and lunch, you will proceed to Murchison Falls National Park for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 3

You will wake up early, have breakfast, and then make your way to the Nile River. Begin your game drive safari on the northern Nile side, searching for wildlife. Will the first sighting be an elephant, lion, giraffe, or the elusive leopard? It is hard to predict.
The game drive concludes in the afternoon, followed by a ferry crossing back for lunch. Afterward, enjoy a boat tour on the great Nile before trekking to the top of the world-famous Murchison Falls. You will then be picked up and driven to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 4

After breakfast, we will visit the top of Murchison Falls to witness its incredible power, enjoy views of the rainbow, and take in the breathtaking scenery of the falls. From here we will make our way to Kibale, the primate capital of the world.
The journey from Murchison Falls to Kibale is long but stunning, winding through some of the most beautiful hills with spectacular vistas. After checking in at the resort, we'll take a late afternoon community tour through rural areas, wetlands, and tea farms.
In Bigodi Wetland, locals will demonstrate how to make herbal remedies and crafts. You will also have the chance to taste locally produced gin, beer, and coffee. The highlight of this experience is spotting at least five monkey species and catching a glimpse of the blue turaco.

Day 5

It's time to search for chimpanzees in Kibale National Park. You will first attend a briefing at the ranger station before beginning your trek into the jungle. The trek can be challenging, so bring a poncho and wear sturdy shoes.
Stay as silent as possible to increase your chances of spotting the chimps. The rangers are highly skilled in tracking, so the likelihood of finding them quickly is high.
After tracking, you will head to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Upon arrival at your camp, take in the stunning park panoramas and views of the Rwenzori Mountains. An evening game drive follows.

Most of Queen Elizabeth’s predators reside in the Kasenyi Plains, which you will explore on a game drive after an early breakfast.
After the game drive, embark on a mid-morning boat trip along the Kazinga Channel, which connects Lake Edward and Lake George. This area is home to large animals and a diverse array of bird species.
Following lunch, head to the Ishasha area for an evening wildlife drive in search of the famous tree-climbing lions. Later, you’ll return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 7

After an afternoon wildlife drive in Ishasha, you’ll proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to the renowned mountain gorillas. Upon arrival at the lodge, prepare for one of the highlights of your journey: mountain gorilla tracking.
Later in the afternoon, you’ll visit the Batwa people to learn about their traditional way of life and how they historically coexisted with the mountain gorillas.

Day 8

After breakfast and with a packed lunch in hand, you’ll embark on a four to five-hour gorilla tracking experience. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is home to nearly half of the world's 650 mountain gorillas. Sightings depend on their daily movements, but you will begin your trek early with a tracker.
Gorillas are naturally quiet and non-violent creatures. Observing them up close and capturing photos of these gentle giants is an unforgettable experience. After the trek, your guide will take you to Lake Bunyonyi for some relaxation.
At the lake, you may opt for a boogie canoe ride (not included in the price). Enjoy a laid-back evening with a chilled drink before having supper and your overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 9

Today’s climb takes two to three hours, followed by another day of paddling and trekking around the lake to enjoy amazing vistas. After this adventure, you will continue to Lake Mburo National Park. Your arrival time will determine whether you will rest at the resort or go on a quick game drive.

Day 10

Begin your final day with an on-foot guided safari in Lake Mburo National Park. A ranger will accompany you and go over everything there is to know about the park and its wildlife.
The trek will last two to three hours. Afterwards, you will return to Entebbe, where your adventure began. You must stop at the equator line on your way back! You will be dropped off at the airport at the end of the day. It is time to bid the “Pearl of Africa” farewell. This will conclude your tour.
