1-Day Ngorongoro Crater Joining Safari

• You'll be collected from the airport.

You will be picked up from your hotel or the airport in Arusha at 6 AM, where your safari guide will begin the drive to Ngorongoro Crater. On the way, you will stop at the crater viewpoint before descending into the crater for an exciting game drive. Often called the Eighth Natural Wonder of the World, Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact volcanic caldera on Earth, formed over 2 million years ago when the Ngorongoro volcano erupted and its walls collapsed. This natural enclosure spans over 19 kilometers in width and hosts a variety of habitats, including acacia forests, hippo-filled swamps, and expansive grasslands. With more than 30,000 animals, including elephants, warthogs, flamingos, the rare black rhinoceros, and numerous bird species and predators, the crater provides an unforgettable wildlife experience. After your game drive, you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport.
