Pick up from Mount Meru Hotel Parking at 07:30 am in the morning and drive to Lake Natron for Lunch at the Camp. The journey will take about five hours. When you arrive, you can freshen up enjoy Lunch and then visit Ngare Sero Waterfalls, which flow down from the Nguruman Escarpment west of Lake Natron. After exploring the waterfalls, you'll return to the camp for dinner and spend the night at Natron Campsite.

Lake Natron Walking to See Flamingos - Lunch - Evening High Tea

Start early to see a sunrise stretching across the Rift Valley to Kenya, with Mount Ol Doinyo Lengai in view. It’s a stunning, tranquil sight.
Descent and Drive to Lake Natron
After sunrise, we descend and drive to Lake Natron, known for its flamingo breeding grounds and striking scenery.
Visit to Maasai “Boma” Village On the way to Lake Natron, visit a Maasai “Boma” village. It’s a glimpse into traditional Maasai life with Mount Ol Doinyo Lengai in the backdrop. Return to the Camp.

Mount OlDoinyo Lengai Trekking - Arusha Mount Meru Hotel Parking

Your climb will continue into the early hours of the morning before reaching the summit in time to witness the sun rise as it illuminates the Great Rift Valley below. The views are breathtaking. To the north you will see the salt flats of Lake Natron and in the distance, the Kenyan border. To the east you will see Mount Kilimanjaro and the Great Rift Valley and to the south stretches the Ngorongoro Highlands and Ngorongoro Crater.
you'll descend the mountain to the base, where your driver will be waiting to take you back to the camp for rest and freshening up and Enjoy Brunch. Then, you'll be transferred back to Mount Meru Hotel Parking.
