Day 1

You will set off from Entebbe and embark on a scenic drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, which takes approximately 6-7 hours. Along the way, we’ll stop over for lunch in Mbarara and continue the journey. Upon arriving at the park, we’ll head out for an afternoon game drive, Drive through the ishasha sector where you grab chance to view the famous tree climbing lions hanging on fig tree branches.

Day 2

Delight in a morning breakfast, you can decide to undergo a morning boat cruise in the early morning for a spectacular sunset view. This all gives you great chances to see the beauty of Queen Elizabeth National Park on a water ride where you’re exposed to different animals in water and some on the shores for example crocodiles, water monitor lizards, elephants and hippos. Have lunch and refreshment then after transfer to Lake Katwe where salt mining is only done in Uganda, learn how salt is mined. This drive offers you an opportunity to experience the birding adventure thus sighting a diversity of bird species including the immigrant birds such as the pied avocet, flamingo birds, black winged among the rest. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Morning game drive and return to kampala

Delight in a delicious breakfast, check out of the lodge and enjoy a morning game drive before heading out of the park, you will spot elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and possibly lions. After the game drive, you will check out of the national park driving back to Kampala.
Have as stopover in Mbarara for lunch later proceed to Kampala or Entebbe International Airport to catch up with your flight back home.
