The adventure begins with an early morning departure from Kigali 5:00 AM, followed by a scenic 2.5-hour drive to the park. Upon arrival, embark on a guided game drive (7:30 AM - 12:30 PM), where you’ll explore rolling savannahs, lakes, and wetlands in search of lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalos, antelopes, zebras, and hippos. Enjoy a picnic lunch (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM) at a scenic spot before continuing the game drive. Visit Lake Ihema (2:30 PM - 3:30 PM), where you might spot crocodiles and hippos. By 3:30 PM, you’ll exit the park and start the return journey, arriving in Kigali by 6:00 PM.
