Flight from Zanzibar & Game Drive in Northern Serengeti

Begin your exciting adventure with an early morning transfer from your hotel to Zanzibar Airport, ensuring you arrive in time for your 8:00 AM flight to the Serengeti. Upon arrival at the Serengeti airstrip around 10:30 AM, you will be warmly welcomed by your safari guide, who will brief you on the day's before embarking on a scenic drive towards the Northern Serengeti. This region is particularly famous for its dramatic Great Migration crossings, where thousands of wildebeest and zebras brave the crocodile-infested Mara River.

After an exciting start to your safari, you will take a lunch break around 12:30 PM, either at a scenic picnic spot. In the early afternoon, you will continue exploring the endless savannah, where you have the chance to witness the Big Five—lions, leopards, elephants, buffalos, and rhinos—alongside cheetahs, giraffes, and countless other species. By 6:30 PM, you will arrive at your lodge where you can relax and freshen up before enjoying a delicious dinner.

Morning Game Drive & Flight to Zanzibar

The next morning, wake up early for a sunrise game drive starting at 6:30 AM, when predators are most active and the Serengeti comes alive with movement. This is the best time to spot lions hunting, herds of elephants making their way to water sources, and various bird species beginning their day. After an exhilarating morning of wildlife viewing, you will return to the lodge for breakfast at 9:30 AM and prepare for your departure. Around 10:30 AM, you will be transferred to the Serengeti airstrip for your 12:00 PM flight back to Zanzibar. Upon arrival at 2:30 PM, you will be met and transferred to your hotel or onward destination, marking the end of your unforgettable two-day Serengeti safari.
