Day 1

We’ll start at around 7:00 am from Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park with packed lunch boxes in hand. The drive to the park gate takes about 2.5 hours. Upon arrival, we’ll begin our game drives in the park, known for its majestic baobab trees that tower over the landscape and the wildlife beneath them. The Tarangire River, the park's lifeline, attracts some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. You may also encounter lions, leopards, cheetahs, lesser kudus, buffalos, oryx, elands, giraffes, and zebras.
We will take a break for lunch at a scenic picnic spot before continuing with an afternoon game drive until around 5:00 pm. After the game drive, we will head to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 2

After a good night's rest, you’ll finish your breakfast and prepare for departure. Around 8:30 am, we will drive to Lake Manyara National Park with a picnic lunch in hand for a full-day game drive. As you enter the park, lush forests of acacia and mahogany trees create a welcoming atmosphere for the adventure ahead.
The game drive will continue until around 5:00 pm, with a short break for lunch. Keep an eye out for buffaloes, giraffes, impalas, baboons, and blue monkeys. One of the park's highlights are the elusive tree-climbing lions, though spotting them is a game of luck. In the right season, the lake’s shoreline transforms into a pink spectacle as millions of flamingos gather.
After the game drive, we will return to the lodge by 6:00 pm, where a delicious dinner awaits you.

Day 3
Lake Manyara National Park - Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, we’ll check out from the hotel around 9:00 am and begin our journey to Serengeti National Park. The drive takes us through the picturesque highlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. After a couple of hours, we’ll leave the Ngorongoro Highlands behind, descending into the vast, open plains while passing by Maasai villages.
Around 1:00 pm, we’ll arrive at the Serengeti National Park gate. After a picnic lunch, we’ll complete park entry formalities and proceed to the central Serengeti, known as the Seronera. This region is one of the most wildlife-rich habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which serves as a critical water source and attracts a diverse array of animals.
We’ll go on an afternoon game drive until 5:30pm. The long and eventful day concludes with a hearty dinner and a restful night at your accommodations.

Day 4

You'll begin your day with a stunning sunrise, followed by breakfast before heading out at 8:00 am on a full-day game drive in the central Serengeti with packed lunch boxes in hand. The drive will last approximately 8-9 hours. We’ll return to camp around 5:30 pm.

Day 5

After breakfast, you will go on a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park. Later, you’ll depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a picnic lunch in hand. The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest collapsed volcanic crater in the world, spanning fourteen kilometers of isolated natural beauty. It is surrounded by a ring of extinct volcanoes, and its floor, dotted with watering holes, shelters around 30,000 animals. Our eventful day ends with a heavy dinner and a good night’s rest at your accommodations.

Day 6

After an early breakfast, you’ll descend to the crater floor for a five-hour game drive. You can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, hyenas, jackals, rhinos, and many birds, including eagles, vultures, flamingos in the crater lake, storks, and giant vultures. After a picnic lunch at the beautiful Hippo Pool, you will begin a steep ascent to the crater rim. With a 3.5-hour drive remaining to your accommodations in Arusha, the day will come to a close. A freshly made, delicious dinner will be ready for you at your accommodations. After these eventful but tiring safari days, a good rest is essential. You will also bid farewell to your safari guide and vehicle today as the final leg of your tour begins.

Day 7
Materuni Waterfalls - Arusha

After breakfast, around 8:00 am, we’ll begin the two-hour drive to Materuni, located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival, you will take a 35-minute hike to the waterfalls. If the weather is clear, we may get decent views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Be sure to wear good boots, as the trail can often be muddy. The pool at the base of the waterfall is a good place for a refreshing swim after the hike. After a 25-minute hike back from the waterfalls, you will join a local tribe for a delicious Swahili/Chagga lunch. Following lunch, you will explore the coffee-making process and even prepare your own cup of coffee. Later, you will be driven back to your hotel in Arusha or to the airport. With an incredible experience and countless memories to cherish, our tour now comes to an end. Accommodations in Arusha can be arranged at an additional cost.
