Road Transfer from Arusha to Serengeti and Game Drive

Start your adventure with an early departure from Arusha around 6:30am. Your guide will pick you up from your hotel or accommodation, and you will embark on a scenic journey to the Serengeti. The drive takes approximately 5 to 6 hours, with a brief stop for refreshments or a rest.

You are expected to arrive in the Serengeti around 12:30pm, where you will enjoy a quick lunch before your afternoon game drive. The Serengeti is famous for its vast landscapes and abundant wildlife, including the Big Five—lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards and rhinos—as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras and more. Your safari guide will lead you on an afternoon game drive, allowing you to explore the endless savannah. While visiting during the great migration, you may witness thousands of wildebeest and zebras crossing the Mara River.

You will arrive at your tented camp around 6:30pm. Here, you can relax and enjoy a delicious dinner under the stars, reflecting on your exciting day in the Serengeti.

Morning Game Drive and Return to Arusha

Wake up early for a sunrise game drive at 6:00am. This is when predators like lions and leopards are most active, giving you the best opportunity to see them in action. The early morning hours also showcase the park's wildlife at its most dynamic, with herds of elephants and buffaloes moving across the plains.

At 8:30am, after an exhilarating morning game drive, return to your lodge for a hearty breakfast while enjoying the scenic views of the Serengeti. Take some time to relax and prepare for your journey back.

Around 9:30am, you will begin your return journey to Arusha, making a brief stop along the way to capture more wildlife photos or stretch your legs. The drive back takes approximately 5 to 6 hours.

By 3:00pm, you will arrive back in Arusha, where you will be dropped off at your accommodation or designated location, marking the end of your unforgettable 2—day Serengeti safari.
