Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

7:30 am: Pick up from your Nairobi hotel/residence or Nairobi airport.

You'll depart for the Amboseli National Park via the Nairobi – Mombasa road

The morning drive is via typical African savanna country dotted with local homesteads and colorful Masai herdsmen grazing their cattle.

You'll arrive at the Amboseli National Park in time for lunch. Take a midday rest and later venture into the park for the scheduled afternoon wildlife-viewing drive in search of elephant, giraffe, zebra, lion, cheetah, ostrich, and many others.

Mount Kilimanjaro dominates the skyline and the surrounding countryside. It is the tallest in Africa and the highest free-standing mountain in the world.

Mount Kilimanjaro with its snow – capped peak shall dominate the background while we marvel at the wildlife and scenery.

Your dinner and stay will be at AA Amboseli Lodge/similar

Amboseli to Nairobi

After breakfast, you will depart for an early morning game drive to get a glimpse of Mt Kilimanjaro and also a chance to view the park at the viewpoint and wild animals waking up in the morning.

You'll depart the park with an en route game drive as you join the Nairobi Mombasa highway and arrive in the afternoon at the hotel or residence or airport.

You will have lunch at a transit stop on the way back to Nairobi. End of tour.
