Amboseli is situated where the highest mountain in Africa is the Mt Kilimanjaro. Amboseli is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. It is also famous for its large number of breeding species of birds, the hills allow an overall view of the whole park especially the swamps and the Elephants, Buffaloes, hippos and a variety of water fowls like Pelican, Egyptian goose etc.
On this day, you start your safari with an early morning pick up from your Nairobi hotel or Airport and drive to Amboseli.
Arrive in Amboseli in the afternoon and check in to your lodge/camps, enjoy a hot meal for lunch and rest.
16:00hrs: - Depart for an afternoon game drive.
18:30hrs: - Return to your lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Full day Amboseli Game Drive

This day is solely reserved for game viewing, with a flexible schedule plan. You can discuss with your Guide and plan either option 1, 2 or 3
Option 1: - 06:00hrs: - After a leisurely breakfast at your lodge/camp, depart for the morning game drive.
09:00hrs: – Return to the lodge for breakfast then rest
Have lunch, and then rest in the afternoon
16:00hrs:– Depart on an afternoon game drive.
18:30hrs: – Return to lodge for dinner and overnight.
Option 2
Picnic: you can exit the Lodge for an optional whole day Game drive with picnic lunch to return in the evening for dinner and overnight at the Lodge
Option 3 - Visits to a Masai Manyatta can be arranged between you and the driver. Another popular 'excursion' is a romantic hot air balloon trip where you view animals from above then touch down for an extravagant breakfast in the bush. Would recommend you book this in advance due to limited space.
Alternatively, you can have an optional bush dinner in the wild under the African sky.

Amboseli to Lake Nakuru
Amboseli to Lake Nakuru
Lake Nakuru National Park is famous for its bird spectacle featuring over a million flamingos (Greater and Lesser). It the home of over 450 migratory bird species from around the world and large flotillas of pelicans and other water birds being the major attractions of the area, the ecosystem provides for about 56 different species of mammals. It is also famous for its population of black and white rhinos, giraffes, buffalos, lions, leopards, baboons. It is easy to spot the rhinos on the edge of the lake. This is a bird watchers paradise.
Arrive in the afternoon check-in your lodge/camp and enjoy hot meal and rest.

Day 4
Nakuru to Masai Mara
Nakuru to Masai Mara
Drive to Masai Mara. It is the most famous game reserve in Africa. It is an extension of the Serengeti Plains in Tanzania, and offers the best game viewing in Kenya. Masai Mara is most famous for its spectacular annual migration of over a million wildebeest, gazelle, antelope and zebra placidly graze, giraffe elephants etc migrates from Serengeti in Northern crossing the Mara River into Kenya in search of green pastures. This exciting spectacle usually occurs between July and October. During this crossing, hundreds of animals are swept away by the first moving Mara River and others are killed by the ferocious African Crocodiles, “this is survive of the fittest.
Arrive in time for lunch, enjoy a hot meal and relax from drive.
16:00hrs: - Depart for an afternoon game drive.
18:30hrs: - Return to your lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.

Option 1-06:00hrs: - Depart for an early morning game, and later return to your lodge for breakfast and rest at leisure
Have Lunch at your convenient time, and resting until the next game drive.
16:00hrs- Depart on an afternoon game drive.
18:30hrs – Return to lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.
