The 1 Day Mabamba Birding Tour starts with waking up very early in the morning have a cup of tea then at 7 am, you will be met by a very knowledgeable driver/guide from gorilla expeditions who will brief you about the day’s activities and there after jump on to the safari jeep for the trip. It is a 1hr and 30 min drive to this wetland.
1 Day Mabamba Swamp Birding Tour (Shoebill Stork) UgandaThe wetland is newly discovered home for the most sought-after bird- Shoe bill. So birding is done on the canoes in marsh channels so we expect you to jump onto one of the wooden canoes that are available at this wetland and then move into the waters in search of the several bird species at this water catchment area of Lake Victoria.
