Nairobi to Masai Mara

Depart Nairobi for the 5-6 hour drive to Masai Mara. Alternatively, you can choose to take a 45-minute flight from Nairobi to the Mara for a quicker journey.
Arrive at your Lodge and check in to your luxury tented accommodation. The lodge is set in a scenic location, offering amazing views of the Mara landscape.
Enjoy a delicious lunch at the lodge’s restaurant, with a variety of local and international dishes.
After lunch, head out for your first game drive in Masai Mara. Your expert guide will take you through the reserve, giving you the chance to see the abundant wildlife like zebras, giraffes, elephants, and possibly the big cats such as lions and cheetahs.
After an exciting afternoon of wildlife viewing, return to the lodge for some relaxation.
Enjoy a sumptuous dinner at the lodge and unwind under the stars. If available, you may opt for an optional night game drive to spot nocturnal animals like leopards and hyenas.

Full-Day Safari in Masai Mara

Begin your day with an early morning game drive as the animals are most active during the cooler hours of the morning. This is the best time to spot predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards as they hunt or are still active from the night.
If available, enjoy a bush breakfast in the wild, surrounded by the sounds of nature.
After breakfast, continue your game drive across the Mara's vast plains. This is a great time to see herbivores like giraffes as well as smaller creatures like warthogs and various bird species.
Return to the lodge for a relaxing lunch with beautiful views of the Mara.
After lunch, set off for another exciting afternoon game drive. Explore different parts of the reserve to spot a variety of wildlife.
As the sun begins to set, enjoy a sunset game drive where you can witness the beautiful golden hour over the Mara landscape. It’s a perfect time for photographs and to spot wildlife in the soft, evening light.
Return to the lodge for a delicious dinner.

Final Game Drive and Return to Nairobi

Start the day with a morning game drive for one last opportunity to spot wildlife in the Mara, including predators or the Great Migration (seasonal).
After the game drive, head back to the lodge for breakfast and check-out.
Depart from the lodge and drive back to Nairobi, or take a flight for a quicker return. The drive will take around 5-6 hours, while the flight is about 45 minutes.
You’ll arrive in Nairobi by late afternoon or evening, concluding your 3-day safari.
This day allows for a final wildlife experience before heading back to Nairobi.
