Arusha to Tarangire – Land of Giants

Your adventure begins with an early morning departure from Arusha, heading to Tarangire National Park, a hidden gem known for its vast elephant herds and towering baobab trees. The park’s winding Tarangire River attracts diverse wildlife, including lions, leopards, giraffes, and countless antelopes. Enjoy a thrilling game drive, spotting wildlife against the park’s stunning savannah backdrop.

Break for a picnic lunch in a scenic spot, where you might see elephants or zebras wandering nearby. After lunch, continue your game drive, exploring Tarangire’s rich ecosystem and capturing breathtaking views. The park is also a birdwatcher’s paradise, with over 500 bird species, including colorful lilac-breasted rollers and majestic ostriches.

As the sun sets, exit the park and transfer to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and relaxation, preparing for another exciting day in the wild.

Ngorongoro Crater Exploration & Return to Arusha
