Start your day with an early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, home to diverse wildlife such as elephants, buffaloes, leopards, hyenas, and the famous tree-climbing lions of Ishasha. Your guide will take you through the Kasenyi plains, one of the best areas to spot lions and large herds of Uganda kobs.

After the game drive, return to the lodge for breakfast and relaxation before heading for an afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel. This natural waterway connects Lake Edward and Lake George and is known for its high concentration of hippos and crocodiles. You will also spot numerous bird species and wildlife that come to the shores to drink.

Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, check out and begin your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The drive takes you through the scenic Ishasha sector, where you may have another chance to spot the famous tree-climbing lions resting in fig trees.

Arrive in Bwindi in the afternoon and check in to your lodge, surrounded by the dense forest. Spend the evening relaxing in preparation for the next day's gorilla trekking experience.

Today is the highlight of your journey r– gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing by the rangers. You will then embark on a guided trek through the dense rainforest, searching for a habituated gorilla family. The trek can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours, depending on the location of the gorillas. Once found, you will have an hour to observe and photograph these magnificent primates as they go about their daily lives.

After the trek, receive your trekking certificate and begin your journey to Lake Bunyonyi, Uganda’s most beautiful lake. Check in to your lodge and spend the evening unwinding, taking in the breathtaking scenery.
