Day 2

You will start your day with an early breakfast at your accommodation and there after the game drive begins. Your professional guide will take you to prime wildlife viewing areas. Look out for early risers like lions, elephants, and various antelope species. Don’t forget to check for birdlife. Focus on Big Cats as you visit known zones for leopard and lion sightings. There will be a stop for a packed lunch. Enjoy your meal while taking in the surroundings. The afternoon is prime time for spotting animals as they become more active. As you explore the park during afternoon game drives, expect to encounter the “Big Five” (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhinoceros) and a multitude of other wildlife. There will also be a stop off at lookout points or rivers where animals are often found, such as hippos and crocodiles at the Mara River. If time allows consider a nearby visit to the Maasai village and early morning hot air balloon ride usually arranged at an additional cost.

You'll then embark on a guided game drive, where you will have the chance to spot the park's renowned wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, rhinos, buffaloes, and an array of bird species.
