4-Day Experience of Wonder in Southern Ruaha NP

Arriving in Ruaha National Park

We will pick you up from your hotel early this morning and catch the 6 am train from Dar es Salaam to Morogoro. Upon arrival, you will be met by our driver and guide and start a 6-hour drive to Ruaha National Park in the Iringa region. The drive will be accompanied by nourishment and stories, and you will learn a lot about our country and its culture.

You will have a few stops to stretch and a packed lunch. You will arrive in Ruaha at 4 pm and have a rest to wash away all the fatigue from travelling and get ready to embark on tomorrow's adventure. Dinner will be served at Ruaha Hilltop Lodge.

A Moment of Wonder in Ruaha NP

Today, we go on an adventure. Our professional guide will take you inside the park on a pop-up roof van. There, you will see animals such as buffaloes, leopards, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, elephants and a variety of birds. You will have a packed lunch. You can take pictures for great memories.

In the evening, you will head back to your hotel and wash away the fatigue of the day while recalling all the adventures of the day. Dinner will be served at the lodge.

Departure to Dar es Salaam

You will have an early start as you head back to Morogoro to catch your train to Dar es Salaam, where you will catch a flight home.

If you want to stay longer, we can arrange accommodation for you. You can also end the safari by visiting the beautiful island of Zanzibar, Tanzania! We can put all this together for you at an extra cost.
