Upon arrival at Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, You’ll be welcomed by your expert guide and embark on a scenic drive to Amboseli National Park. Located in southern Kenya, near the border with Tanzania, Amboseli is famed for its breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s tallest peak. Day 2

Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park

After breakfast spend the entire day exploring Amboseli National Park. The park’s unique feature is the swamps, which provide water year-round, making it a prime habitat for elephants and various wildlife. The early morning game drive will offer spectacular views of the elephants as they bathe in the swamps or graze. Keep an eye out for other wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, hippos, and wildebeest. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park, then continue the afternoon game drive, focusing on areas that are rich in wildlife. The park is also home to over 400 bird species, including bald eagles, saddle-billed storks, and flamingos.

In the evening, return to the Lodge for dinner and a restfull night.

Day 3

Transfer to Arusha

Transfer to Arusha

Cross into Tanzania and head to Arusha, the safari capital, with a brief tour of the city. After breakfast, drive across the border into Tanzania, heading to Arusha, a vibrant city at the base of Mount Meru and the gateway to many northern Tanzania safari destinations. Once in Arusha, you’ll be able to take a short city tour, visiting markets, cultural centers, and craft shops.

You’ll stay at Arusha Mount Meru hotel located near Arusha ideal for a restful night before continuing your journey.

Day 4

Tarangire National Park

Travel to Tarangire National Park, known for its massive elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy a full-day game drive
After an early breakfast, you will leave Arusha and head towards Tarangire National Park, a lesser-known but spectacular wildlife haven. The drive takes about two hours, passing through rolling hills and Maasai villages, where you might catch a glimpse of traditional Maasai herders with their cattle.

Upon entering the park, you will be greeted by its stunning landscape, dominated by towering baobab trees, which stand like ancient sentinels over the golden savanna. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant population, often seen in family herds cooling off at the Tarangire River, which serves as the park’s lifeline, especially in the dry season.

Your game drive will take you through open grasslands and dense acacia woodlands, where you can spot lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, and over 500 bird species like weavers, starlings and Moongose.

Day 5

Ngorongoro crater

Ngorongoro crater

Today is dedicated to exploring Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most concentrated wildlife areas on Earth. After a delicious breakfast, you’ll descend the steep crater walls into the lush crater floor, where an ecosystem exists that supports nearly every species of African wildlife.

As you travel across the floor of this extinct volcano, you’ll be able to observe a variety of animals. Lions rest in the tall grass, while elephants roam the forests. The crater is also home to a small population of black rhinos, which are rarely seen in other areas of Tanzania.

Ngorongoro is an excellent place for birdwatching, too. You’ll likely see flamingos, pelicans, and Egyptian geese near the Ngorongoro Crater Lake, as well as raptors like eagles and vultures soaring overhead.

Later After lunch you will exist Ngorongoro Crater and you will be heading to Serengeti national park for overnight.
