Nairobi to Lake Naivasha – Boat Ride & Nature Walk

Your adventure begins with a morning departure from Nairobi, heading towards Lake Naivasha, a stunning freshwater lake in the Great Rift Valley. Arrive in time for lunch and check into your accommodation.

In the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari on Lake Naivasha, where you’ll glide past pods of hippos and spot a variety of bird species, including African fish eagles, cormorants, and pelicans. The experience offers a peaceful yet thrilling introduction to the area’s wildlife.

After the boat ride, embark on a nature walk on Crescent Island, a unique sanctuary where you can walk alongside freely roaming animals such as giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and antelopes. With no predators, this guided walk provides a safe and up-close experience with the wildlife. As the sun sets, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Hell's Gate National Park-Hiking & Biking-Transfer to Amboseli Np

After an early breakfast, visit Hell’s Gate National Park, one of Kenya’s most scenic parks known for its dramatic landscapes and geothermal activity. Enjoy an exciting biking safari through the park’s rugged terrain, cycling past towering cliffs, volcanic formations, and grazing wildlife like zebras and gazelles. Alternatively, you can opt for a game drive if you prefer not to cycle.

Next, take a guided nature hike through the Hell’s Gate Gorge, exploring its deep gorges, hot springs, and stunning rock formations like Fischer’s Tower. This hike offers breathtaking scenery and insight into the park’s geological history.

After the adventure, depart for Amboseli National Park, arriving in the evening. Check into your lodge/camp, enjoy dinner, and rest for the exciting game drives ahead.

Full-Day Game Drive in Amboseli National Park

Wake up early for a sunrise game drive, when wildlife is most active. Amboseli is famous for its large elephant herds, often seen wandering against the breathtaking backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Search for lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, and a variety of bird species as you explore the park’s diverse landscapes, from swamps to open plains.

Return to your lodge for a late breakfast and some relaxation. In the afternoon, set out for another game drive, visiting Observation Hill, which offers panoramic views of the park, including its marshlands filled with hippos and water birds. As the sun sets, return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
