Today our safari will start very early in the morning from Arusha to Tarangire National Park for game drive. Packed lunch will be served in one of the picnic sites inside the park. Tarangire is famous for its huge elephant population and giant baobab trees, you may expect to spot herds of elephant, wildebeest, zebra, giraffe, hippos, baboons and many antelopes. Birds are abundant & you may spot the three rare species of Ash staling, Great Kudu & Fringe Eared Oryx. Predators like lion, leopard, cheetah, jackals & hyena can also be seen. The park forms the central annual migratory cycle within Tarangire Lake Manyara ecosystem that include up to 3000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest and about 30,000 zebras. In the evening, you will drive through the Great Rift Valley to Karatu for overnight.

Ngorongoro Crater Rim Experience - The Cradle of Mankind

After an early breakfast, you will head out for an en-route game drive through the Ngorongoro Crater. This UNESCO world heritage site, formed millions of years ago, is 600m deep and covers roughly 260 square kilometers. Due to its dense animal population of approximately 25 000, the crater offers the best game viewing of all the parks in Tanzania. You will descend into the crater and in a matter of minutes you will be able to see wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, elephants and more than 500 bird species in the area. With a little bit of luck, you might catch a glimpse of the endangered black rhino through the grass. After having a picnic lunch which will be carried from your accommodation, you will have a full day Game drive inside the crater. After the game drive you will ascend up the crater and drive to your accommodation for dinner and overnight in Karatu.

Breakfast and drive the short distance to Lake Manyara National Park for game viewing to this unique park with an alkaline lake and breathtaking views. Here you will view a wide variety of wildlife, and the acacia woodlands offer the best overall wildlife viewing in the park. Enjoy your picnic lunches under the Acacia trees. This habitat is favored by the park's famous tree-climbing lions, leopards and giraffes and can claim the greatest elephant concentration in East Africa. Algae thrive in the high saline content of the lake. Huge and colorful flocks of birds gather in the water to feed, including many different varieties of birds that coexist together. In fact, well over 300 different species of birds have been recorded here. Leave the Park and drive back to Arusha and drop off in airport Arusha or kilimanjaro airport or your hotel and that will be end of our Services!
