Your adventure begins early in the morning as your professional safari guide picks you up from your hotel in Arusha. After a short briefing, embark on a scenic drive toward the Serengeti Ndutu Area, passing through the stunning landscapes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival in the Ndutu Area, enjoy a freshly prepared picnic lunch before embarking on your first exhilarating game drive. Rise early for a sunrise game drive, the best time to catch predators in action. Watch as the golden morning light illuminates the vast Savannah, bringing the landscape to life. Your experienced guide will take you to prime wildlife viewing areas, ensuring you don’t miss any of the action.
After breakfast, continue exploring the Ndutu plains, where you may encounter elephants, giraffes, and even the elusive leopard. After an early breakfast, depart from the Serengeti Ndutu Area and drive toward the majestic Ngorongoro Crater. Upon arrival, descend 600 meters into the world’s largest unbroken caldera, a haven for diverse wildlife, including the endangered black rhino, herds of buffalo, hippos, and lions. The crater’s unique ecosystem makes it one of the best places to see the Big Five in a single game drive.
Midday, enjoy a scenic picnic lunch at the famous Hippo Pool, surrounded by stunning views and abundant wildlife. After a final game drive, ascend the crater walls and begin your journey back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening.
