Day 1
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
You'll depart early from Arusha town. At around 7:30 – 8:00 am, you will drive across a beautiful and scenic Masai Steppe to Tarangire National Park, a drive that will take only 2 hours at most. You'll arrive at the gate of the park at Tarangire. Upon arrival, your professional safari guide will take you to the best wildlife spotting areas of the park, including the Tarangire River, which is a permanent river that works as a bloodline for the park, ensuring animals flock to the river banks in search of water throughout the year. You expect to see elephants, elands, wildebeests, buffaloes, zebras, gerenuks, giraffes, and a lot of birds. Lunch will be taken at one of the picnic sites. Later in the afternoon, you will drive out of the park. Your guide will take you to Karatu in the Ngorongoro Highlands for dinner and an overnight stay at a lodge.

Day 2
Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, you will enter Lake Manyara National Park (5 minutes from the hotel) for a game drive tour. This is one of the most beautiful Tanzanian Parks with the most different environments in a relatively small area. The Lake Manyara National Park is one of the Tanzanian parks with the highest biodiversity. The park is inhabited by different types of birds and a large number of animal species, including elephants, buffalo, zebras, giraffes, leopards, lions, baboons, hippos, antelopes, and warthogs. You will have a picnic lunch. Then, you'll continue enjoying the wildlife diversity till evening. You'll go to the hotel for dinner and stay overnight.

Day 3
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
This morning, you will take a very early breakfast, or if you don’t mind, take a packed breakfast and lunch, then descend as early as 6.00 am to the floor of the largest unbroken caldera in the world, also called the Ngorongoro Crater. You will spend this whole day on the Crater floor doing game drives in search of animals that can be spotted at very close range, including leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals (silver-backed). If lucky enough, you can spot the rare species like the caracals, leopards, and the black rhinos. Picnic lunch will most likely be taken at the Hippo Poolside Picnic site, where you can also visit a washroom. Then, you'll continue with game drives in the afternoon as you head out of the Ngorongoro Crater. You will later on in the afternoon drive up the Crater rim and drive back to Arusha town, where the safari started.
