Nairobi to Masai Mara

You will be picked up from your hotel around 8:00 AM and driven southward through the scenic Great Rift Valley, making a brief stop at a viewpoint that offers stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. Arrive at Mara Simba in time for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive across the lush, tree-dotted plains and rolling hills of the Masai Mara. The Mara is famous for its large herds of plains game, along with black-maned lions, leopards, and cheetahs. It is also home to an abundance of elephants and nearly every type of wildlife found in Kenya. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Mara Simba lodge.

Masai Mara Full game drive

Masai Mara National Reserve to Lake Nakuru

Begin your day with an early morning game drive before returning to the camp for breakfast. Afterward, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park with a picnic lunch en route. You will arrive in the evening and time permitting. You will enjoy an evening game drive as you see the animals route back to their places of shelter or you can opt to take a boat ride at an additional cost. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at lake Nakuru Sopa lodge, a Mid-ranged friendly accommodation.

Lake Nakuru to Nairobi

After breakfast, spend the morning exploring Lake Nakuru National Park, home to large flocks of flamingos and other bird species (over 350 species recorded). The park was established to protect endangered species, including both black and white rhinoceroses. You’ll also encounter various animals, such as Columbus monkeys, leopards, giraffes, and antelopes. Afterward, depart for Nairobi with a picnic lunch on the way, followed by a drop-off at your hotel or the airport.
