Walking Safari and Transfer to Entebbe Airport via the Equator

Begin the day with a walking safari in Lake Mburo National Park, an excellent way to experience wildlife without the noise of a vehicle engine. Walking allows you to immerse yourself in nature, hearing the sounds of the wilderness and observing wildlife up close. You’re likely to encounter animals such as warthogs, topis, impalas, duikers, bushbucks, waterbucks, and zebras. The number and variety of animals can vary depending on the season and grazing conditions, as they tend to gather where the grass is lushest. Watching animals on foot is peaceful and a totally different experience from being on a game drive— zebras may come towards you to check out the strange “relative without stripes.”

You’ll return to the lodge for breakfast and then transfer back to Entebbe via the Equator Line, marking the conclusion of your tour. Your guide will drop you at your planned destination or transfer you to the airport for your departure flight.
