Nairobi to Maasai Mara – Scenic Drive & Afternoon Game Drive

Depart Nairobi early in the morning, driving through the scenic Great Rift Valley with a stop at a viewpoint for breathtaking photos. Arrive in Maasai Mara in time for lunch at your lodge/camp.

In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive, where you might spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, and cheetahs. Enjoy the golden sunset before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Full-Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara

Spend the entire day exploring Maasai Mara National Reserve, one of Africa’s most famous wildlife parks. If visiting between July and October, you may witness the Great Migration, where thousands of wildebeests and zebras cross the Mara River.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild before continuing with game drives in search of the Big Five. Return to your lodge in the evening for a delicious dinner and overnight stay.

Another Game Drive & Optional Cultural Visit

Begin the day with an early morning game drive, capturing stunning sunrise views and possibly spotting nocturnal predators returning to their dens.

After breakfast, you can either enjoy another extended game drive or opt for a visit to a Maasai village, where you’ll learn about the Maasai people's traditions, dances, and way of life. Spend your last evening in Maasai Mara with a relaxing dinner at the lodge.

Maasai Mara to Lake Naivasha – Boat Safari & Crescent Island Walk

After breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for lunch at your lakeside lodge. In the afternoon, embark on a boat safari, where you’ll get close to hippos and a variety of bird species.

Continue to Crescent Island, where you can take a guided walking safari among freely roaming wildlife like zebras, giraffes, and antelopes. Return to your lodge for a relaxing evening by the lake and overnight stay.
