Tarangire National Park

Today, your safari adventure begins! We will pick you up from your hotel in or around Arusha. During the 2.5-hour drive, you will enjoy the view of the beautiful nature, landscapes, and local communities. You’ll do a full-day game drive in Tarangire, famous for its large numbers of elephants, baobab trees, and tree-climbing African pythons. At the end of the day, you'll go to Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge for the night.

Today, you will begin your journey to Serengeti National Park. The drive to Serengeti takes approximately 4-5 hours, offering opportunities to spot wildlife along the way. Upon arrival in the Seronera area of Serengeti, you will embark on an exciting afternoon game drive, exploring the vast Serengeti plains and searching for the diverse wildlife that roams this iconic landscape. After your game drive, you will set up camp and enjoy a leisurely hot lunch. Take some time to relax and settle into your accommodation, reflecting on the day’s adventures in the tranquil environment of your camp.

Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, you will check-out of the lodge and drive to the Ngorongoro Crater. You will descend down a steep track into the caldera to enjoy your last game drive. You will experience a breathtaking range of animals and birds. The caldera (a collapsed volcano) is home to over 25,000 mammals ranging from the “Big Five” (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, leopard) to over 500 species of birds. You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater and then make your way back up the crater rim in the afternoon. You will then drive back Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon. This is where your safari will end.
