Day 1

Today our safari begins! Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in or around Arusha between 8 to 8:30 AM and take you to Arusha National Park. This is a scenic park with a decent number of animals. The park is at the base of Mount Meru and has a range of habitats including forest – home to the black-and-white colobus monkey – and is excellent for birding. Lakes here often host flocks of flamingo. The park's appeal is mainly its scenery. After short game drives, we explore the park on foot where you might come across giraffes, buffalos and other animals from a distance. Post the game drive, you will head back to your camp/lodge where a delicious dinner awaits you.

Day 2
Arusha To Tarangire National Park
Arusha To Tarangire National Park
We start at around 8:00 AM from hotel and drive to Tarangire National park with packed lunch boxes. Tarangire gate will be about 2 hours drive away. Once we reach the park, we start game drives here. Tarangire National park is known for its majestic baobab trees that dot the landscape, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. The Tarangire River is the centerpiece of this park which is famous for some of the largest herds of elephants in Africa. Here you may see lion, leopard, cheetah, lesser kudu, buffalo, Oryx, eland, giraffe and zebra. We will have a lunch break at a picnic scenic picnic spot. Post lunch, we will continue with game drives till afternoon or so and after the game drive, we will drive to Karatu to reach by around evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3
Ngorongoro Crater To Lake Eyasi

After a delightful breakfast, embark on an exhilarating drive to the Ngorongoro Crater. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the crater offers a unique opportunity to witness the Big Five (lions, buffaloes, elephants, leopards, and black rhinos) against its stunning backdrop. Keep an eye out for flamingos in the crater lakes and a plethora of other wildlife in this extraordinary natural haven. After your game drive, you will be driving to the lodge for a hearty dinner and a restful overnight stay at Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge or similar.

Day 4

After breakfast, your safari guide will drive you to Lake Eyasi, where you will meet the local Hadzabe people, famous for their traditional hunting skills. You'll have the unique opportunity to participate in a hunting expedition, gaining insight into their ancient techniques and way of life.
Following your time with the Hadzabe, you'll visit the Datoga people, known for their exceptional blacksmithing. Enjoy a leisurely stroll around Lake Eyasi and explore the surrounding villages to immerse yourself in the local culture. Later, you'll return to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5
Lake Manyara National Park
Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, you will depart around 8 am for Lake Manyara National Park. Upon reaching the park, you will check in and begin your 7 to 8-hour game drive. Lake Manyara is renowned for its diverse ecosystem and varied landscapes, including the lake itself, which is often inhabited by the pink flamingoes. Our experienced guide will drive you through the park, searching for the famous tree-climbing lions and large herds of elephants. The park is also home to over 400 bird species, making it a paradise for bird watchers. As the afternoon arrives, you'll pause for a delicious picnic lunch inside Lake Manyara's wilderness. After lunch, you will proceed with a game drive until evening, when you exit the park and drive back to Arusha or airport.
