After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park before departing for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a picnic lunch. The Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest collapsed volcanic crater, spans 14 kilometers and is a haven of untouched natural beauty. Encircled by extinct volcanoes, its floor is dotted with watering holes and home to around 30,000 animals. The day ends with a hearty dinner and a restful night at your accommodation.

On the final day of your safari, you’ll start early with a quick breakfast before descending into the Ngorongoro Crater floor around 6:30 AM. As the world’s largest inactive, intact, and unfilled volcanic caldera, the crater spans 260 sq km and reaches depths of over 2000 feet. The 5-hour game drive on the crater floor promises thrilling wildlife encounters, so keep your camera ready! You’ll spot African elephants, buffalo, black rhinos, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and lions in abundance. After a picnic lunch at the scenic Hippo Pool, you’ll begin the steep ascent to the crater’s top exit. The last leg of your journey includes a 4-hour drive back to Arusha, where you’ll be dropped off at your preferred location by 6:00 PM.
