Getting to Khwai

You will be picked up from Maun Airport or your lodging area in Maun. From there, you will embark on a scenic drive to Khwai concession. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our camp staff, who will be ready to assist you. Depending on your arrival time, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a game drive to explore and familiarize yourself with the area.

Exploring Khwai

Start your day early with a wake-up call and head out for an exciting morning game drive. Explore the area, enjoy stunning views, and spot amazing wildlife. Return to camp late morning for a tasty brunch, then take some time to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

In the afternoon, go on a thrilling mokoro (canoe) ride. Glide through the calm waters of the Delta and experience the beauty of the wild. As the sun sets, return to camp for a hearty dinner. Spend the evening sharing stories around the campfire before heading to bed for a peaceful night under the starry African sky.

After the game drive it’s time to begin your journey back. As you leave the Concession behind, reflect on the unforgettable memories you’ve made—from serene mokoro rides and thrilling game drives.
