Day 2

Explore Amboseli National Park

Starting early in the morning, you’ll set out on the park’s network of dirt tracks, exploring the expansive savannah and wetlands that attract a variety of animals. Amboseli is renowned for its large herds of elephants, often seen roaming near the famous Kimana Swamp, along with giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, and antelopes. If you're lucky, you might spot lions, cheetahs, or leopards, as the park’s open plains make for excellent predator sightings. Midday, you may stop for a break at one of the viewing points, taking in the stunning views of Kilimanjaro, before continuing the drive through different habitats. In the late afternoon, the golden light offers fantastic photo opportunities, and the animals become more active as temperatures cool. A full day in Amboseli provides an unforgettable mix of wildlife sightings, scenic views, and the chance to witness Africa’s wilderness at its finest. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided at the time of your choice.

Day 3

Amboseli to Lake Naivasha National Park

Leave Amboseli after breakfast for Lake Naivasha, making a stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to admire its geological formations and take some memorable photos. Continue to Lake Naivasha, where you will arrive at the lodge for lunch. Spend the afternoon at leisure, with the opportunity to enjoy an optional boat ride at an additional cost on the lake. This is a fantastic chance to observe hippos in their natural aquatic environment, and you’ll also have the chance to spot over 450 species of birds, including grebes, guinea fowls, ducks, and cranes. Enjoy dinner and overnight at the lodge.

After breakfast, you will be driven to Masai Mara National Reserve via the Narok Road, passing through typical African savanna landscapes dotted with local homesteads and vibrant Masai herders guiding their cattle along. Upon arrival, there will be time to settle in before lunch, followed by a short rest before we set out on an afternoon game drive. During the game drive, spot wildlife such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, rhinos, wildebeests, and giraffes. Return to the lodge for a delicious dinner and an overnight stay.

Inside the Mara's Wild Drama

After breakfast we have a full day dame drive, with packed lunch provided. The reserve is well known for its black-manned lion, as well as its abundant resident wildlife and its one of the few places where it's possible to see the big five during a morning's game drive. Many of the cheetahs are so tame they seek shelter from the hot sun under one's vehicle and several even climb onto the roof to get better view of prospective prey in different directions. For the bird enthusiast, almost 500 different species have been recorded: among these 16 species of eagle, plus many hawks and falcons, 6 species of vultures, 8 species of storks 4 of bustard (including the Kori bustard, the world's heaviest flying bird), and 9 species of sun birds. The Masai community offer a great and sighting of deep culture and traditions, you can opt to learn from them and acquire some sourvenirs among others at additional cost. You'll enjoy your dinner reflecting on a remarkable day's experience.
