Arusha To Full Game drive lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, our drive guide will pick you at your lodge together with your picnic lunch boxes, and then depart for Lake Manyara National Park for amazing game drive. Inside the park you will be able to see legendary tree climbing lions and other different wild animals, very attractive natural environment of acacia trees, shrubs and spectacular land scarps.
Lake Manyara National Park is a relatively small park but diverse park 120km west of Arusha, is so named for the shallow Salt Lake that occupies a good seventy percent of the park's lands. Flooding and drying seasonally, this soda lake is home to thousands of flamingos and over 500 other bird species. On our exploration of the park, we see monkeys, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, elephants and with some luck, lions lounging in the trees. The park is known for its diverse landscapes, not only open grassy plains but also primate-filled woodlands and baobab dotted cliffs.

The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses through the park, which is the only source of water for the wild animals here during the dry season. The park is well known for its largest group of countless elephants, Gants baobab tree, tree climbing African pythons and other wild animals includes both predators and herbivores like lions, leopards, gazelles, zebras, giraffes, buffalos, various birds’ species and plant species. Be ready to see many different wild animals here within a minute.
