Your driver will pick you up in Zanzibar and take you to the airport for your flight to Northern Serengeti. Upon arrival, a driver-guide will be waiting to welcome you and take you on a thrilling game drive through the Serengeti to explore the spectacular Great Migration. Enjoy the stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife as you experience the natural wonders of the Northern Serengeti. We will head to your campsite in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Northern Serengeti is renowned for its dramatic landscapes and as a prime location for witnessing the Great Migration, where millions of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles cross the Mara River.

Program of the day:

After breakfast, A full day game drive in Northern Serengeti begins early in the morning, as you set off to explore the vast plains and riverbanks, where wildlife is most active during the cooler hours. You'll have the opportunity to witness the Great Migration in action, with thousands of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles making their way across the plains and, at certain times of the year, attempting to cross the Mara River.

Your expert guide will take you to prime locations to spot predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards, as well as other iconic wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, and hippos.

Northern Serengeti – Fly back to Zanzibar

Program of the day:

After breakfast, you'll be transferred to the airstrip for your flight back to Zanzibar. The flight takes approximately 1.5 hours, offering a scenic aerial view of the Serengeti's vast landscapes before landing at Zanzibar’s airport. Upon arrival, your driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel or your next destination, concluding your unforgettable safari experience.
