Transfer from Kigali to Musanze & Visit Gorilla Guardians Village

Your journey begins after breakfast with a pick-up from your Kigali hotel. Settle into your Land Cruiser for a scenic drive to Musanze, the gateway to Volcanoes National Park, where rolling hills and volcanic silhouettes frame the horizon. Arrive in Musanze by midday, then head to the Gorilla Guardians Village (Iby’iwacu Cultural Village), a short distance away. Here, former poachers-turned-conservationists welcome you into their world—sharing traditional dances, storytelling, and insights into their efforts to protect Rwanda’s gorillas. Experience the rhythm of a drum circle, taste local banana beer, or try your hand at basket weaving, immersing yourself in the heartbeat of Rwandan culture. Afterward, check into Da Vinci Lodge in the afternoon, where you can unwind and recharge amid the serene mountain air.
