The Seronera River provides a permanent water source, attracting large populations of herbivores such as zebras, buffaloes, elephants, and giraffes, which in turn draw predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs. The vast plains, acacia-dotted landscapes, and rocky outcrops (kopjes) offer breathtaking scenery and fantastic photography opportunities. As you explore, you may also spot hyenas, jackals, and diverse bird species.

By midday, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife sanctuaries. The crater is home to a dense concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five.
