You will be greeted by our Driver Guide at 7:00 AM at your Nairobi hotel or at JKIA, depending on your arrival time. After a briefing about your safari, you will depart and drive south to Amboseli National Park via Nairobi. Enjoy game viewing along the way, with the majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro as your backdrop. Lunch will be served at Sentrim Amboseli, followed by an afternoon of leisure. In the evening, you will embark on a game drive.
Amboseli is celebrated for its exceptional opportunities for close encounters with free-roaming members of the Big Five. The park is a home to large numbers of African elephants, creating the perfect opportunity for an up close view of up to fifty herds of elephants in one safari, making it a prime destination for both photographers and wildlife enthusiasts.

Challenge yourself to count how many elephants you can spot during your visit. Observation Hill offers a spectacular viewpoint for watching the diverse wildlife inhabiting the marshes below. Here, you may encounter various species such as buffalo, hippos, pelicans, and other waterfowl. The panoramic views from this hill enhance your wildlife observation experience.

Day 3

You will enjoy breakfast at your tented camp before departing for the Great Rift Valley. During the drive, you will take in the scenic views and make a stop at a viewpoint along the way. Upon arrival, you will have lunch and check in at Lake Naivasha resort.
You can choose to take a boat ride on the lake to observe hippos in their natural habitat and visit Crescent Island Sanctuary at additional cost. This sanctuary is home to various herbivores, including zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, and hippos. You will have the opportunity to walk among these graceful animals during your visit. In the evening, you will return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay at Lake Naivasha Resort.

Start your day with breakfast at the resort. Afterward, depart for Hell’s Gate National Park. This park is renowned for its spectacular scenery, featuring towering cliffs, water-gouged gorges, stark rock towers, scrub-clad volcanoes, and plumes of geothermal steam that create an atmospheric experience unique to Africa. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a scenic drive through the park, with optional biking and hiking activities available for those interested in exploring further. In the afternoon, relax back at your resort. Conclude your day with dinner and an overnight stay at Lake Naivasha Resort.

Day 5

We will begin our day early to witness the sunrise illuminating the forest and lake, accompanied by the sounds of birds and the sight of wildlife awakening. After enjoying breakfast, we will check out and depart for the Masai Mara National Reserve, located to the south along the Great Rift Valley floor. As we travel through Maasai territory, we will be treated to stunning views of the escarpment. Upon arrival at the expansive Masai Mara National Reserve, you will immediately sense that you have reached a remarkable destination. Renowned as Kenya’s most popular park, this reserve is globally recognized for its extraordinary concentration of wildlife. During the Great Migration, which occurs from July to October, visitors can witness an incredible spectacle as vast numbers of gazelles, wildebeests, and zebras stream into the park.

Day 6

Today offers an opportunity for unlimited game drives, allowing you to explore at your leisure or take time to relax— the choice is entirely yours. Please inform your driver/guide of your preferences. The Masai Mara is renowned for its diverse wildlife, with lion sightings being quite common. We will be tracking elephants, buffalo, rhinos, and herds of wildebeest and zebra. Additionally, we will visit the Mara River, a key location during the migration season when a significant influx of animals occurs. At the river, we will search for hippos and crocodiles, while in the nearby hills, lions await the arrival of grazing herds entering the reserve.
