Your adventure begins with a morning flight from Zanzibar at 7:00 a.m., arriving at Arusha Airport by 9:00 a.m. Upon landing, you’ll be warmly welcomed by your dedicated driver-guide, who will accompany you on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s hidden gems.

Known for its striking baobab trees and sweeping savannahs, Tarangire is a wildlife-rich haven especially vibrant during the dry season (June–November), when animals gather around the Tarangire River, the park’s lifeline. This seasonal congregation often rivals the Serengeti, with over 2,000 elephants

Enjoy an exciting game drive through the park, with opportunities to spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and a rich array of birdlife. As the day winds down, you’ll settle into your comfortable lodge for a peaceful overnight stay surrounded by nature.

Your day begins with a hotel pick-up by your guide, followed by a scenic 2-hour drive to Materuni Village, nestled at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. Surrounded by lush tropical rainforest, this picturesque village offers sweeping views and a peaceful escape into nature.

During your visit, you’ll dive into the rich cultural heritage of the Chagga people. Learn about traditional practices like banana beer brewing and take part in the entire process of hand-roasting and brewing local coffee—from bean to cup.
A short hike through the greenery leads to the stunning Materuni Waterfall, where you can take a refreshing dip in the natural pool at its base.

Following the tour, your guide will transfer you to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight to Zanzibar or Dar es Salaam.
