Arrival in Nairobi – Transfer to Hotel

Your Kenyan safari begins the moment you land at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), where our friendly representative will greet you with a warm "Jambo!" (Swahili for "Hello!"). After a brief introduction to your upcoming adventure, you'll be escorted to your comfortable Nairobi hotel to freshen up from your journey.

Optional Afternoon Activities for an extra cost (Depending on Arrival Time):

Giraffe Centre Encounter (Highly Recommended): Get eye-to-eye with endangered Rothschild giraffes - even the chance to feed them from a raised platform! Perfect for photos and families. (9AM-5PM)

Elephant Orphanage Visit (11AM-12PM Only): Witness the heartwarming feeding and care of baby elephants at the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, a pioneer in elephant conservation.

Cultural Exploration: Step into history at the Karen Blixen Museum (author of Out of Africa) or shop for fair-trade crafts at Kazuri Beads Centre, supporting local women artisans. (9AM-5PM).

Journey from Nairobi to the Wild Heart of Masai Mara

After an early breakfast, depart Nairobi for the iconic Masai Mara, stopping at the breathtaking Great Rift Valley viewpoint. Arrive at your tented camp by lunchtime. Experience an authentic visit to a Maasai village. Immerse yourself in their rich culture as warriors demonstrate traditional dances, share stories of their heritage, and showcase their vibrant handicrafts. You’ll learn about their pastoral lifestyle, customs, and even step inside a traditional manyatta (homestead).

As the sun sets, return to camp for a starlit dinner, serenaded by the sounds of the African wilderness. This unforgettable day blends scenic road adventures with a deep dive into Kenya’s living traditions.

Dusk to dawn Complete Masai Mara Safari Experience

Along the way, you’ll have a lunch stop (at your own cost) at a roadside restaurant, offering a chance to enjoy a final taste of local flavors before reaching the city. Arrive in Nairobi by mid-afternoon, marking the end of your unforgettable Masai Mara experience—filled with wildlife, culture, and the magic of Kenya’s wilderness.
