Your driver-guide reports to your hotel for start of the safari, with a departure for a picturesque drive descending the Great Rift Valley and onwards to Maasai Mara, Kenya's famous game reserve. Stop briefly en route at the Great Rift Valley view point to enjoy the stunning views of an enormous valley system said to be visible from the outer space. Arrive in Maasai Mara in time for lunch. After lunch embark on an afternoon game drive which will allow spotting of the magnificent wildlife in the park. Bordering Tanzania, the Mara is in the northern extension of Serengeti and forms a wildlife corridor between the two countries.

Day 2

Enjoy a full day in this phenomenal reserve. One of the most iconic wildlife regions in Africa. You’ll have excellent opportunities to spot some of Africa's most notable species such as lions, elephants, giraffes, leopards, cheetahs and many more.
We can also arrange for a stunning hot air balloon safari over the Maasai Mara at an extra cost, as well as a Maasai village visit to add some truly intimate touches to your Kenya safari experience. To get some of the best game viewing of the day, an early start is needed to beat the heat of the sun. This is the time that the big cats are most active and can provide some of the most dramatic photography, thanks to the beautiful lighting.

Day 3

After breakfast depart from the Mara through the Maasai plains and the Mau escarpments into the floor of the Rift valley. Arrive in the flamingo fringed Lake Nakuru National Park in time for lunch and afternoon game drive. We will embark on a comprehensive game drive of this scenic park including visits to viewpoints which offer superb photo opportunities. Lake Nakuru is one of several Rift Valley lakes and its ecosystem supports a wide ecological diversity with Flamingos (Greater and Lesser) and other water birds being the major attractions of the area. The ecosystem provides for about 56 different species of mammals including the white rhino and buffaloes and a variety of terrestrial birds numbering nearly 450 species.

Day 4
Lake Nakuru - Lake Naivasha

After breakfast you will depart Lake Nakuru heading to another adventurous drive in Lake Naivasha National Park. Lake Naivasha is famous for its high population of hippos and flamingos. Other animals to be seen here includes; Giraffes, zebras, impala, and waterbucks in the immediate vicinity of Lake Naivasha, around Crescent Island and Crater Lake Game Sanctuary. Interesting optional activities here to undertake at an extra cost are boat safaris to the Crescent Island and a visit to the Crater Lake Game Sanctuary. Night game drivers can be organized at Crater Lake, and they are a great opportunity to see leopards, caracal and many other elusive species.

Day 5

On your last day of the trip, enjoy your sleep till mid-morning followed by leisurely breakfast after which you will check out and depart for Nairobi arriving late afternoon. Lunch will be served enroute and we believe that you had a great time.
