On your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, our company driver/guide will brief you and transfer you to your hotel for relaxation. Dinner and your overnight stay are at Entebbe Hotel as you truly relax from the jet lag and prepare for the next day’s adventure. You'll have dinner here.

Day 2

Transfer to Murchison Falls Via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Transfer to Murchison Falls Via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Early in the morning, the driver will pick you up from your hotel and brief you before heading out to Murchison Falls which is in the northern part of Uganda. Along the way, you will make a stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Nakasongola where rhinos are being reintroduced to the wild in Uganda. This will help you have a first feel of the African Big Five mammals, as it is the rhinos, out of the Big Five that are missing in Murchison Falls National Park. You will go for a trek around the sanctuary to track the rhinos. You will have lunch at the sanctuary and some relaxation for a short time. You will then embark on an exciting road trip to Murchison Falls, arriving in the evening. After checking in at the lodge, your safari guide will take you for the game drive in Murchison Falls National Park in the lookout for the nocturnal like lions, hyenas, and leopards and night grazers among others. Afterwards, proceed back to the lodge for relaxation and dinner.

Day 3

Game drive and boat cruise to the bottom of the falls

Game drive and boat cruise to the bottom of the falls

After an early morning warm-up tea/coffee, you will transfer for a game drive to the northern bank in search for animals like lions, giraffes, oribis, elephants, Jackson’s hartebeests, Uganda kobs, buffaloes among other animals and bird species. You will then return to the lodge in time for lunch and relax preparing for yet an exciting activity in the afternoon. After lunch, transfer for a two and a half hours boat ride on the Nile River to the bottom of falls where you will have the opportunity to view animals like crocodiles and hippos are in the water while buffaloes, waterbucks, and elephants are often seen on the river bank grazing and drinking water not forgetting birds like the kingfishers. Return to your lodge for a relaxed evening, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 4

Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park- The Primate Capital

After a good relaxing breakfast, you will be transferred to Kibale Forest National Park, the capital world of primates such as chimpanzees, baboons, and monkeys, with en-route lunch meals. Upon arrival, you will check-in at your lodge. Later in the day, you shall transfer to the Bigodi Wetlands, situated on the eastern edge of the forest. You shall have a community walk in the wetlands to observe plenty of wildlife including birds and many monkey species and local cultural activities here like brewing and coffee roasting. You will retire for the day at lodge.

Kibale National Park is the primate capital of East Africa, you'll be briefed and allocated a group to track. Chimpanzee tracking is a fulfilling adventure that takes you deep in the tropical forest across streams of water. You might have sightings of red-tailed monkeys, black-and-white Columbus monkeys, butterflies, and birds calling from the canopies while on this safari. With the help of your guide, you will locate the chimps. Enjoy picture moments and watch them as they play and feed. In the afternoon, you will have lunch later transfer to queen Elizabeth national park. Later check in and have an evening crater lake hike and community tour.

Have an early morning breakfast then go for a morning game drive within the park. Anticipate seeing the famous Big Five including buffalos, elephants, lions, and other mammals such as giant forest hogs, bushbucks, kobs, hyenas, and waterbucks. In the afternoon hours, you will have a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel. You will appreciate the high scores of elephants, hippos, buffalos, and crocodiles. A number of bird species will also be seen. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the lodge.

You'll transferred to Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park on the way to Bwindi. This area is known for its tree-climbing lions. In Ishasha, we will drive off in this adventurous vast savannah area with topis and African elephants plus to hopefully get the lions high in the fig tree branches. You will have lunch in Ishasha at topi safari lodge and continue with the transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Here you will experience a change in the landscape from flat savanna, via cultivated hills to jungle-covered mountains. Upon arrival in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, you will head for the cultural tour to the Batwa forest pygmies community to experience their lifestyle and enjoy their excellent traditional dance. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the lodge.

Day 8

Gorilla tracking and Community Walk

Gorilla tracking and Community Walk

After breakfast and briefing by park ranger guides, depart with picnic lunch boxes to start the trekking to track the genttle giants. The activity can last up to 4 hours or more to find the Mountain gorillas as you hike up and down slippery slopes with dense mist covered vegetation. Hence, you will have a packed lunch for this activity. This active quest will eventually bring you to face to face with one of the most sought-after creatures, the mountain gorillas. Upon reaching them, you will have a full hour with them while observing and learning their behavior as you take photos.
Later have a short evening community walk then dinner and your overnight stay are at the lodge.

After a relaxed breakfast, you will be transferred to Lake Bunyonyi, for a relaxation off the marathon of the trip. This place has breathtaking views of the numerous islands on this lake and also well known for it's depth, many tiny birds around it and the great communities living around this lake.
Check in relax later have an evening or sundowner boat ride on the lake to see the different islands and tiny boats crossing people and goods from one island to another or to the mainland.

Transfer to Entebbe through Kampala City

Transfer to Entebbe through Kampala City

Buckle up your memories after a good breakfast with water and hill views around you, and be transferred to Entebbe with a brief drive through Kampala if time does allow based on your return home itinerary time allows. We'll also have a brief lunch stopover at the equator before proceeding to Kampala.
Later sit by Lake Victoria shores and relax before you can be transferred back to the hotel or airport.
