After breakfast at your lodge, you will head to the Serengeti (approximately 4.5 hours drive, 290 km). This part of the journey takes you through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands, with its rolling hills and lush green landscapes.
Upon arrival at Central Serengeti, you will enjoy an afternoon game drive, where you’ll experience the vastness of the Serengeti plains, which are teeming with wildlife. Between July and October, the area comes alive with massive herds of wildebeest and zebras crossing the Mara River, an unforgettable spectacle. The region also offers excellent wildlife viewing, with big cats such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs found in abundance. After a full day of exploring the plains and watching wildlife, you will return to your camp, the Heritage Mara Camp, nestled in the heart of the northern Serengeti.

After lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive before heading back to your lodge for a well-deserved rest.
