The driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel, residence, or Nairobi airport. The safari journey to the Masai Mara Game Reserve, recognized as Kenya’s premier wildlife sanctuary, will commence shortly thereafter. The drive from Nairobi to Maasai Mara offers breathtaking views of the Great Rift Valley, showcasing subsistence farmlands and local community settlements along the way.

During the safari route, there will be scheduled stops to observe notable attractions, including the Great Rift Valley escarpment. At this viewpoint, you will descend to the valley floor for a scenic drive through traditional Maasai territory as we continue our journey to the Mara.

You are expected to arrive at the Maasai Mara in time for lunch, After will embark on an afternoon game viewing drive to explore the rich wildlife that inhabits this remarkable reserve.

The Masai Mara, renowned for its rich biodiversity, stands out as one of the most thrilling wildlife ecosystems in the natural world. The Masai Mara Reserve boasts the highest and most diverse concentration of wildlife compared to any other park in the region.

The picturesque landscape of this tree-dotted savannah, combined with its temperate climate and variety of game species, makes it an ideal destination for game viewing activities. We will explore the reserve throughout the day, enjoying unlimited opportunities to observe not only the Big Five but also a range of other wildlife.

Additionally, we will visit the Mara River, where you may have the chance to see hippos and crocodiles, or even witness the Great Migration during the months of July through October.

You may choose to have the full day game drives or game drives in separate sessions so that you may also have a chance to enjoy lodge/camp facilities.

It is also an opportunity to experience a hot air balloon ride and float over the Maasai Mara plains as you watch game (extra cost).

Day 4

Following a relaxed breakfast at your campsite, your professional driver-guide will assist you with the checkout process before departing for Nairobi, the vibrant capital city of Kenya.

You have the option to take a scenic route via Naivasha for lunch and excursions at an additional cost. Alternatively, you may choose to drive directly to Nairobi, stopping at Kiambethu Farm for a tea farm tour that includes a three-course buffet lunch (also at an additional cost). If you prefer, you can proceed straight back to Nairobi, where you will be dropped off at your residence, hotel, or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
