Rise and shine, we’ll start our safari start our safari early in the morning with a delightful breakfast, before embarking on a short drive from our lodge into the Ngorongoro conservation area. This is our getaway into the stunning Serengeti National Park, one of the largest, and most diverse national park in Tanzania.

Serengeti national park is renowned for its vast plains, great migration, which are home to numerous predators, including over 3000 lions, leopard, hyena, cheetah, and other animals. Spend the day exploring the eastern reaches of the Serengeti on safari, tracking the great array of game and wildlife that this vast area offers. If you’re there at the right time for the great migration (depending on the season), this is the region where the herds are at their most concentrated after the calving time has passed to reach the open grasslands beyond, and it’s where (if you’re lucky) you’ll see iconic big cats hunting. It’s also an area of untamed natural beauty, of rolling hills, plains, scattered savannah woodlands and open pools of water.

Morning: This morning is set aside for game drives in the Serengeti. The Serengeti boasts an abundance of wildlife such as impalas, buffalos, crocodiles, and hippos. In addition to the iconic landscapes, you have a good chance of encountering predators and you may see lions, cheetahs and leopards. It is a truly life-changing experience.
Lunch: Picnic in the wilderness,

Afternoon: (Optional) we’ll visiting the Oldupai gorge, and learn about the origin of human kind, and some time at the museum.

Fun fact: many speculate—before Ngorongoro erupted—it would have been higher than the mighty Kilimanjaro.
