On your final day, after breakfast, you'll begin your journey from Serengeti to the Ngorongoro Crater, a drive of about 3-4 hours. As you make your way to the crater, you’ll be treated to beautiful views of the Tanzanian landscape, with the backdrop of the Great Rift Valley. Upon arrival at Ngorongoro Crater, you'll descend into the caldera, a UNESCO World Heritage site, for a game drive on the crater floor. The Ngorongoro Crater is a natural wonder and one of the best places in the world to spot the "Big Five" (lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinos). In addition to these iconic species, you’ll also find hippos in the soda lakes, wildebeests, zebras, and various bird species. The crater floor’s fertile soil and diverse habitats make it one of the most biodiverse places on Earth. After enjoying a thrilling game drive, you'll head back to the crater rim for a quick lunch. Then, you’ll transfer to JRO for your departure, bringing your unforgettable Tanzanian safari to a close.
