Zanzibar to Arusha then drive to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast at your accommodation in Zanzibar, our driver will pick you up at 8:00 AM for your transfer to Zanzibar International Airport for your scheduled flight to Arusha, arriving at 9:15 AM. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by your safari guide who will give you a short briefing before beginning your journey to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a scenic game drive en route with a picnic lunch.

Renowned for its large elephant herds and rich biodiversity, Tarangire offers varied landscapes—from savannas to seasonal swamps—centered around the life-giving Tarangire River. Keep your eyes open for lions on the hunt and leopards resting in the trees. After the game drive, proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Karatu to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, leave Ngorongoro for a game drive inside the crater, carrying lunch boxes.

The Ngorongoro Crater is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and features the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world, making it one of Africa's natural wonders. It is home to around 30,000 large mammals that reside here year-round, including buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos. Additionally, there are many varieties of birds, such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. You can expect to see a wide range of animals during your visit.

Once we finish the game drive, we will drive back to Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back home or to another destination.
