Over the next two days, immerse yourself in the biodiversity of Madagascar’s eastern rainforest. Guided treks will take you into Andasibe-Mantadia National Park and the nearby Maromizaha Reserve. You’ll have the chance to observe the iconic Indri-indri—the largest living lemur—as well as Diademed Sifakas, chameleons, and a host of endemic bird species. Today, you’ll journey back to Antananarivo and continue southward to Antsirabe, a charming colonial town in the highlands. On arrival, explore the town’s tree-lined avenues, historic architecture, and visit local artisan workshops renowned for their zebu horn crafts and miniature bicycle models.
