After breakfast, depart for Andasibe National Park, located approximately four hours east of the capital. Over the next two days, immerse yourself in the biodiversity of Madagascar’s eastern rainforest. Guided treks will take you into Andasibe-Mantadia National Park and the nearby Maromizaha Reserve. You’ll have the chance to observe the iconic Indri-indri—the largest living lemur—as well as Diademed Sifakas, chameleons, and a host of endemic bird species. One morning may be spent in the lush primary forest of Mantadia, while another may include a visit to Vakona Reserve’s Lemur Island.
