You'll arrive at Entebbe Airport at 8:00 am, our guide will pick you up, go for refreshments at a nearby hotel or mall, and drive to Murchison through Kampala capital city. You will pass by Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for amazing rhinos, have lunch, and proceed to Murchison Falls National Park. You'll have evening tea as you wait for dinner. Your overnight stay will be at Murchison River Lodge (full board).

Day 2

Game Drive and Boat Cruise Murchison Falls National Park
In the early morning, after breakfast, you will go for a game drive in the Murchison Falls National Park to spot elephants, lions, giraffes, and other wildlife. The game drive is done in the section of the park overlooking the Nile River as it flows towards Lake Albert. After the game drive, return to the lodge for a lunch break. In the afternoon, we will take a relaxing boat trip on the River Nile, and here, you will have a chance to see crocodiles, hippos, and a range of rare birds. After the boat trip, return to the lodge for an evening rest, dinner, and overnight.

Day 3
Transfer to Kibale National Park
Transfer to Kibale National Park
After an early breakfast, you will drive to Fort Portal via Hoima the oil city with lunch en route. You will drive through traditional homesteads and farms. This will enable you to enjoy the beautiful scenery across that part of the country. You'll arrive in the evening, and have a rest while sipping some juice and beer. you will visit Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, and enjoy a guided walk around Magombe Swamp which will present you with a chance to see a wide range of flora and fauna. You'll see a variety of butterflies, birds, and other insects.

Day 4

Today, you will track the most famous inhabitants of Kibale National Park, the chimpanzees. Chimpanzees share 98% of human genes making them our closest living relatives. They are found in 21 countries throughout Africa but are most easily sighted in Uganda due to their dense populations. There is also a wonderfully diverse concentration of other primates, more than any other forest in East Africa. Besides our delightful cousins the chimpanzees, you can find red Colobus, red-tailed guenon, white-nosed monkey, grey-cheeked mangabey, blue monkey, L'Hoest's monkey, and the black and white Colobus monkey. In addition, you may see olive baboons, bush babies and nocturnal pottos. Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, check into your lodge, head out for an evening gamedriveYour dinner and overnight stay will be at Aardvark Safari Lodge.

Day 5

Be up early and have your breakfast. Proceed for a morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains and be on the look for Cape buffalos, herds of elephants plus lions, leopards (though hard to spot) among others. Return to the accommodation for some rest time and lunch. After lunch, you will go for a 2-hour boat trip on the Kazinga Channel that connects Lakes George and Edward. During the trip, the sight of wildlife including giant hippos, elephants and crocodiles among others will fascinate you. You will also see many varieties of birds at the water shores. *After the boat trip, you can decide either to return to the lodge to rest or first proceed for a brief late afternoon game drive and thereafter, return to the lodge.

Day 6
Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National via Ishasha sector for Tree-Climbing Lions

You'll start the day with breakfast, drive through the park to the Ishasha sector where you will do a game drive looking for tree-climbing lions on the Ishasha side of the park, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, hyenas, and an assortment of antelopes. Later, you will have lunch and proceed on the journey to Bwindi National Forest where you are expected to arrive in the evening. Your overnight stay will be at Bakiga Lodge (full board).

Day 7

You'll have breakfast and with a packed lunch, go for gorilla tracking for 4 to 5 hours. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park inhabits almost half of the world’s 650 mountain gorillas. You'll start climbing early with a tracker even though seeing gorillas depends on their day’s movements. Gorillas are naturally reserved and non-violent animals. It’s a memorable and thrilling moment to watch them and possibly photograph these mild giants at a close range. After the gorilla trek, the guide will transfer you to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation. You may do a boat canoe on the lake (price not included). You'll enjoy a relaxed evening as you sip a cold drink. Later, you will have dinner and an overnight.

Day 8
Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

Have breakfast and set off to Lake Mburo National Park via Mbarara town. You will arrive in the early afternoon and take some rest before proceeding for the late afternoon/evening game viewing. On the game drive, expect to see the gigantic eland, zebra, topi, impala, Uganda kob and Cape buffalo among others. Later, relax at the accommodation where you will spend the night.
Optional: If you are interested, you can on the breathtaking Mburo night game drive (at an extra cost). During the night game drive, expect to see nocturnal creatures including snakes, hyenas, owls and elusive leopards (on a lucky day), among others.

Day 9

Morning guided safari nature walk and Transfer to Entebbe
Enjoy an early breakfast and proceed for the morning bushwalk in Mburo Park in the presence of an armed Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger/guide. On this early guided walk, you will have the opportunity to encounter, at close range, zebra, giraffe, eland, topi and other antelope, and Cape buffalo among others.
Take the trail to the top of the hills and see Lake Mburo and beyond. From this vantage point, you will have a great view of 9 of the 12 lakes surrounding Lake Mburo National Park. Thereafter, return to the accommodation for checkout and then hit the road to Entebbe Airport for your flight out (recommended for 18h00 onward).
