You will be met by an Apes booking vacations guide/driver who will welcome you to Uganda—the Pearl of Africa upon your arrival at Entebbe airport. Thereafter, you will be transferred to your booked accommodation where you will have dinner and overnight as you get ready for your trip the next day. You will stay in a nice lodge and have the beautiful views of Lake Victoria.

Day 2

After an early breakfast in Entebbe, you will be picked up by your guide/ driver, embark on your journey and transfer to Jinja, visit source of the Nile. later have lunch and then transfer to your lodge for an overnight and dinner, as you prepare for the next day. You can also opt to have an evening walk around jinja town.

Day 3
Visit Sipi falls

You will have an early breakfast and set off to sipi falls. A drive through the northeastern part of Uganda, to the foothills of Mount Elgon, you'll reach a plateau 1800m above sea level where the beautiful Sipi Falls is located. This green area has a spectacular series of waterfalls (some nearly 100m high), surrounded by village walking trails and lush green coffee-producing hills. There are three falls separated by steep hillsides. It is quite cool here compared to the other parts of Uganda with temperate weather conditions. You will relax and enjoy the fresh air and the calm environment away from city hustles and traffic. Later in the day, a coffee tour and community visits are some of the activities you can enjoy besides the hikes.

Day 4
Transfer from sipi to Moroto
Transfer from sipi to Moroto
On this day after breakfast at the accommodation facility, you will be transferred from Sipi area to Moroto via Pian Upe game reserve. The drive can take around 3hrs or more, you will arrive at the lodge, check-in and have lunch. You will visit the local community, basically the nomadic pastoralists around that area by visiting their Kraals and also perform for you different cultural interactions with their animals (cattle) which is really interesting and later return to the lodge.

Day 5

After a morning refreshment, you'll drive to Kidepo National park. The Kidepo region offers rich cultural experiences that allow you to immerse yourself in the local traditions and lifestyles.
You'll have lunch on the way and have an evening game drive in the park. This park is well known for cheetahs and ostriches that are not found anywhere in Uganda. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Day 6

You'll have breakfast early in the morning and go for a wildlife viewing in the park. A lot can be seen here like giraffes, elephants, cheetahs and more. Later, you'll have lunch at the lodge and go for the evening community walk in the community of Karamoja. While on your walk, you'll be able to learn more about how they live, cultural dances, traditional songs and more. You'll go back to the lodge for an overnight stay.

Day 7

On this day you will have a drive to Murchison Falls National Park via Gulu City. You'll have lunch on the way. Later, you'll check in at the largest national park in Uganda around the evening. You'll have dinner at the lodge as you prepare for the new day tomorrow in the park.

Day 8
Game drive and Boat cruise on the Nile

You'll have an early breakfast at the lodge and go for the morning game drive in the largest national park in Uganda. A lot can be seen here like lions on your lucky day, elephants, giraffes, etc. Later, you'll have lunch and go for the afternoon boat cruise on the Nile. It takes over 3 hours to cruise on the waters. And later drive to the top of the falls.

Day 9
Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After your early morning breakfast, today you will have a long day in the car transferring from Murchison Falls National Park to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will have lunch at Fort Portal tourism city along the way. View the countryside through the windows. Reach for dinner and overnight with more beautiful wildlife views along the park.

Day 10

After you have enjoyed your breakfast, you will be taken for a morning game drive in time to see the sunrise. The morning is the best time for a game drive as the African animal kingdom tends to be most active during the golden hours of the first sunlight touching the savannah. You will continue the search for all the wildlife; elephant, buffalo, lion, waterbuck, leopard, Uganda kob, warthog and do not forget about the birds and the primates.
After lunch, you will take a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel. Here, you will see a lot of hippos (more than you can possibly imagine), as well as a variety of other animals which come to the waterhole to drink or bathe. You can expect to see: buffalo, crocodiles, bathing elephants, and a range of beautiful birds. This will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of your tour.

On this Day, you will wake up early, have breakfast together with your packed lunch and set off for the chimpanzee trekking experience at Kalinzu forest reserve. You will spend an hour with the chimps and then transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Having had the morning breakfast, today we shall have a day with the Batwa people, exploring their cultural dances, songs, food, stories and more which is really interesting. Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation or you can opt to have a walk to the communities around as you prepare for gorilla trekking the next day.

Begin the day with an early breakfast and then drive for a briefing at the park headquarters. Trek through the forest to find a gorilla family and spend an hour observing these magnificent creatures, later have your packed lunch, and after transfer to the “Switzerland of Africa” Lake Bunyonyi.

Have your relaxed breakfast with an amazing view from flourishing surrounding hills, forests and the beautiful rays of the sunrise. After set out for a canoe ride on the lake Bunyonyi which harbors 29 islands and of which every island has its own history like the Punishment Island, you enjoy the stories from the guides about the area, and later return to the lodge, have lunch and in the afternoon relaxation before you take a community walk, or hike up the hills to enjoy more stunning views of forests and lakes together with birds, or as well you can read a book while relaxing by the lake side, or swim in the lake which is free of Bilharzia and safe from crocodiles and other dangerous animals.

Day 15
Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

After your breakfast, and a brief visit to Kabale town, you will start your journey to Lake Mburo. Lake Mburo is a small national park but should certainly not be underestimated. This is the only place in southern Uganda to see zebras and the only park in the country with impalas, slender mongoose and giant bush rats. You can also look for hyenas, leopards, topis, elands and the beautiful Rothschild’s giraffes, not to mention the lake itself which is teeming with hippos and crocodiles. There are a lot of wonderful activities on offer, such as horse riding, bush walks, a boat safari on the lake and a mountain bike safari. It is exciting to approach the wildlife at such close range, especially combining the fresh air with the beautiful scenery of Lake Mburo National Park. En-route have lunch in Mbarara town and visit the Igongo Cultural Center.

What sets Lake Mburo National Park apart from others is that nature walks can be taken anywhere within the park with an armed Uganda Wildlife Authority Guide at your side. On an early morning guided walk, you often encounter hyenas that are returning to their dens after a night of being on the prowl. At the same time, you can often see hippos returning from grazing during the night and returning to Lake Mburo to keep cool during the day and protect their sensitive skin from the sun. On a nature walk, you will often see zebras, giraffes, eland, topi and other antelopes, buffalos, birds, and butterflies. Take the trail to the top of the hills and see Lake Mburo and beyond. From this vantage point you have a great view of 9 of the regional lakes found in the area. In the afternoon, having a boat ride on Lake Mburo gets you in touch with the flora and fauna of the lake.

After an early breakfast at your lodge, you get ready for the game drive day! You can have a chance to glace at the animals you missed during the walk on your lucky day say like the predators searching for their preys, and more. Afterwards return to your lodge for lunch, then you can either choose to go for an evening game drive or other optional activities like horse back riding, or even a night game drive.

Exit lake Mburo National Park and back to Entebbe

After breakfast, check out and start the journey back to Entebbe. Enjoy lunch at the Equator and continue to Entebbe, arriving in the early evening. Your driver guide will drop you off at Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight or at a location of your choice.
